The hub of transportation in Washington DC is Union Station. This historic train station opened in 1907 and today it houses numerous tourist shops, restaurants and an upscale shopping mall. We found the architecture a fascinating photo subject, as well as the diversity of the thousands of people who travel through the station each day.
