Jim has led numerous outings of the Chester County Camera Club to photograph Philly at night. A favorite spot to get great images is from the small island in the middle of Broad Street, shooting towards City Hall. On some evenings, the City brightens up the scene by flooding nearby buildings with colored lights that constantly change, creating a festive mood. And on a Saturday night, one is bound to witness a wedding or two, or perhaps a masquerade ball taking place at one of the many entertainment venues on the Avenue of the Arts.
